Course Information

Foods 12 (Grade 12 Applied Skill, 4 Credit, no textbook)

 In Foods & Nutrition 12, students plan and prepare nutritious foods for individuals, groups and families. This is a very hands-on class where students learn how to make a variety of foods, while increasing their knowledge of the nutritional, social and economic factors that affect food selection and preparation.

Prerequisite:  None.

This course is run completely online in a content managing system called Moodle. When this course is requested, your CVDL teacher will create a Moodle account for you and manually enroll you into the course.
